Free VPAT / ACR check
Paste a link to your VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report, or upload the file. We list facts about the document: its date, template version, WCAG 2.2 rows, evaluation method and leftover template text.
This checks the document, not your product. An old report does not mean the product is inaccessible, and a fresh one does not mean it is accessible. We don’t store the link, the file or the result.
The file is read in your browser and is not sent to us.
What we look at, and why
- Report date. The EDUCAUSE HECVAT 4 questionnaire asks whether the VPAT/ACR was created or updated in the last 12 months.
- Template version. VPAT 2.5 is the current ITI template.
- WCAG 2.2. We look for both a mention of WCAG 2.2 and rows for its six new A/AA criteria (2.4.11, 2.5.7, 2.5.8, 3.2.6, 3.3.7, 3.3.8).
- Evaluation method. Buyers look for how the product was tested. “General product knowledge” on its own names no testing.
- Leftover template text such as “Name of Product being reported” or “[Company]”.
- Product name and contact information.
The check reads text only. It can miss a date written in an unusual way; if a result looks wrong, the report itself is the source of truth.
